Requirements

What you’ll need

Develop, maintain, and evolve applications using Golang (Go) at Mid-level and Senior levels
Design and implement RESTful and/or gRPC APIs
Work on building distributed, highly scalable, and resilient systems
Participate in architecture decisions and define development best practices
Perform code reviews and ensure technical quality
Work with system integration and messaging (queues, events)
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and process automation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders (in English)
Mentor more junior developers (especially for senior-level positions)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Solid experience with Golang (Go) in backend application development
Knowledge of REST and/or gRPC APIs
Experience with Kubernetes
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases
Familiarity with version control (Git)
Experience with system integration and consuming APIs
Knowledge of containers (Docker)
Advanced English for daily communication
Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., copilots, code assistants, automated analysis, test generation, etc.) to support stages of the software development lifecycle (coding, testing, review, and documentation)
Established experience in distributed systems architecture
Experience working with microservices
Strong knowledge of design patterns and software engineering best practices
