About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, train, evaluate, and improve Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models.
- Design and implement scalable, data-driven solutions.
- Work with generative models and applications using large language models (LLMs).
- Conduct experimentation, validation, and monitoring of models in production.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities to apply AI in products and processes.
- Contribute to defining best practices for model development, governance, and operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience developing Machine Learning models.
- Experience deploying, monitoring, and operating models in production or similar environments.
- Experience in data manipulation, preprocessing, and analysis.
- Programming skills for AI applications and data analysis.
- Advanced English.
- Clear and concise communication.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Proactive in seeking solutions and improvements.
- Analytical and structured thinking.
- Curiosity and continuous interest in new AI technologies and trends.
- Preferred: Experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
- Knowledge of frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
- Experience with MLOps and the Machine Learning model lifecycle.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Prompt Engineering, and conversational AI applications.
