About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and deploy production-ready solutions based on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Create and evolve architectures using Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems.
Define agent orchestration strategies to solve complex tasks.
Design context, memory, and information retrieval mechanisms for AI applications.
Ensure operational efficiency, performance, and cost control of implemented solutions.
Identify, assess, and mitigate issues related to response quality, such as hallucinations and low accuracy.
Integrate AI models into enterprise systems and distributed architectures.
Investigate and resolve issues in production environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define innovative solutions for business challenges.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
Strong experience developing and deploying Machine Learning, Generative AI, or advanced NLP solutions.
Proven track record implementing AI solutions in production.
Experience integrating models into distributed systems.
Experience with projects involving LLMs and agent-oriented architectures.
Ability to design multi-agent systems for solving complex problems.
Experience with context management, memory, information retrieval, and cost optimization in LLM applications.
Knowledge of model evaluation and mitigation of issues such as hallucination, inconsistency, and low accuracy.
Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed AI environments.
Experience with deployment, observability, and monitoring of Machine Learning solutions.
Knowledge of software architecture and systems integration.
Advanced spoken English.
