About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the primary point of contact between the team and the client/partner, ensuring alignment of expectations and project objectives;
Lead cloud solution projects (AWS), ensuring scalability, security, and performance;
Participate in architectural decisions, evaluating technical trade-offs and business impact;
Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects (scope, schedule, risks and priorities);
Manage the backlog, roadmap, and sprint execution together with the team;
Lead, develop, and mentor the technical team, fostering professional growth;
Ensure the technical quality of deliverables by adopting engineering best practices and performing code reviews;
Promote continuous improvement in development processes (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD);
Ensure technical governance, standardization, and compliance of solutions;
Collaborate with stakeholders (business, product and architecture) to align requirements;
Monitor team performance, quality and productivity metrics;
Ensure the efficient implementation and operation of AWS services in production.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or related fields;
Experience leading projects as a Technical Lead;
Strong hands-on experience with AWS (services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, EKS, etc.);
Knowledge of security, observability and cloud best practices;
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog/sprint management;
Good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Fluent in English, with strong verbal, written and reading skills;
AWS certifications and PMP are a plus.
