About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on the development of web applications.
- Perform coding and maintenance of web applications.
- Develop scalable and secure applications.
- Provision and migrate environments based on Kubernetes.
- Support technology requirements gathering.
- Produce technical documentation, as well as unit and functional tests.
- Collaborate with the team on code reviews, interface definitions, and propose solutions for users/clients.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields.
- Experience developing in the Java programming language.
- Practical experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
- Experience containerizing applications using Docker.
- Knowledge of traditional on-premise architectures and the challenges of migrating to distributed environments.
- Technical analysis skills to identify risks and impacts during migrations.
- Knowledge of Spring Boot, REST, and Web Services.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or similar.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and GitLab.
- Advanced English for spoken, written, and reading comprehension.
