About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on the development of web applications.
Perform coding and maintenance of web applications.
Develop scalable and secure applications.
Provision and migrate environments based on Kubernetes.
Support technology requirements gathering.
Produce technical documentation, as well as unit and functional tests.
Collaborate with the team on code reviews, interface definitions, and propose solutions for users/clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields.
Experience developing in the Java programming language.
Practical experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
Experience containerizing applications using Docker.
Knowledge of traditional on-premise architectures and the challenges of migrating to distributed environments.
Technical analysis skills to identify risks and impacts during migrations.
Knowledge of Spring Boot, REST, and Web Services.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or similar.
Experience with version control systems like Git and GitLab.
Advanced English for spoken, written, and reading comprehension.
