About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure execution of all processes, procedures and deliverables related to the project;
Responsible for training and mentoring in Scrum methodologies and conducting all ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, sizing, etc.);
Coordinate agile teams to deliver results on time and as defined in the backlog;
Act as a facilitator for the team, helping to remove impediments;
Serve as the client's primary point of contact on a day-to-day basis;
Ensure that project control tools are up to date;
Participate in technical meetings and release planning;
Provide functional management of the team, including performance evaluation, feedback and career development.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
Experience in project management;
Experience managing risks and schedules/deadlines;
Experience understanding dependencies between projects and other ongoing business initiatives;
Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and principles of the software development lifecycle;
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and ability to identify and leverage opportunities;
Knowledge of Lean methodology is a plus;
Fluent in English.
