Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Elicit, analyze and translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear requirements for the development team.
Define and detail epics, features and user stories, ensuring value-driven deliveries.
Act as a bridge between business areas, customers and technical teams, fostering alignment and effective communication.
Plan releases and contribute to the evolution of the product roadmap.
Participate in agile ceremonies, supporting the team in removing impediments and delivering continuous results.
Validate functionalities and ensure deliverables meet quality criteria and stakeholder expectations.
Use KPIs, metrics and user feedback to support decisions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Lead discovery initiatives to evolve products and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or in similar roles.
Experience in software development projects and digital products.
Experience in eliciting, analyzing and managing functional and non-functional requirements.
Knowledge of and experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or hybrid models.
Strong communication skills across diverse audiences, ability to negotiate priorities and manage stakeholders.
Analytical, collaborative profile with a focus on delivering value.
Certifications in Product Owner, Scrum or related areas.
Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or similar.
Experience in product discovery, roadmap definition and product metrics analysis.
