Key responsibilities & impact

Manage planning and the backlog, collaborating on prioritization decisions at each project phase using agile, waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies.
Manage activities of external stakeholders for Instituto Eldorado.
Keep stakeholders aligned with the project's progress, planned activities, and partial deliverables already completed.
Define and track KPIs to measure project progress.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Postgraduate specialization completed or in progress in Business, Project Management, or related areas.
Experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
Advanced English.
PMP, PSM, PSPO, or related certifications.
Experience with R&D&I (Research, Development, and Innovation) projects.
Knowledge of technology, AI, or accessibility projects.
