About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary communication channel with stakeholders, gathering requirements and aligning expectations regarding timelines and deliverables;
- Collaborate with the engineering team (Developers and QAs) to break epics into digestible technical stories and prioritize the backlog based on business value and effort;
- Perform functional acceptance of features delivered by the team, ensuring business rules are implemented correctly;
- Create and maintain the product roadmap, anticipating bottlenecks and proactively suggesting improvements to the user experience (UX).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent;
- Proven prior experience in software projects, preferably with high-impact web applications;
- Solid knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban), with the ability to lead ceremonies and manage value flow;
- Exceptional skill in writing user-centered User Stories, defining Acceptance Criteria (AC), and establishing a Definition of Done (DoD);
- Hands-on experience validating deliveries (UAT — User Acceptance Testing), ensuring functionality meets business requirements prior to release;
- Proficiency with management tools such as Jira and Confluence;
- Advanced/Fluent English: Essential for conducting discovery meetings, stakeholder management, and reviews directly with global clients, with excellent negotiation and synthesis skills.
