About the role

  • Responsible for developing web applications at various levels of complexity for metrics and reporting.
  • Researching and implementing solutions using the Google App Engine SDK/API.
  • Proactively proposing creative solutions based on client requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in Java/J2EE development (Spring/Spring Boot).
  • Specific experience with Google App Engine or other similar cloud computing solutions.
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming principles and Design Patterns.
  • Familiarity with responsive web design and multi-device web development using modern technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, Angular, ReactJS, and Bootstrap.
  • Familiarity with source code management tools such as Gerrit and Git.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins.
  • Experience working on projects using agile methodology (AGILE).
  • Desired languages and frameworks: Core Java (Spring/Spring Boot), JavaScript (Angular, React.js, Vue.js), HTML/CSS, Python or Linux Bash (or another interpreted language), SQL/NoSQL (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Git.
  • Google AI solutions (Gemini Enterprise, Gemini Code Assist, MCP, Vertex AI, Chatbot).
  • Familiarity with visualization libraries (such as Google Visualization Library, Highcharts, D3.js) is a plus.
