About the role
- Supplier onboarding and registration (collect, analyze and validate registration information)
- Conduct periodic supplier audits (due diligence), on-site or remotely, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements (mandatory documentation, policy adherence, assessment of Compliance, ESG and information security aspects). Report findings.
- Supplier risk management (monitor integrity and compliance risks)
- Management of supplier evaluations (initiating assessments, analysis and follow-up)
- Management of supplier KPIs and performance metrics
- Structured support for internal and external audits (certifications)
- Liaison with internal departments (Legal, Procurement, SSM, Compliance and requesting areas)
- Promote regular training sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in supplier/vendor management
- Knowledge of ESG, Information Security and integrity requirements
- Experience in medium or large companies
- Experience with ERP systems, risk management platforms and due diligence tools
- Experience managing KPIs and performance metrics
- Experience auditing suppliers
- Negotiation skills
- Intermediate English
