About the role
- Create and manage the product development schedule and ensure its alignment with all internal teams and external partners;
- Engage all teams and partners involved in product development so that everyone is aligned with goals and timelines and meets their deliverables;
- Lead the project to ensure necessary inputs and outputs at every phase of product development and validation;
- Drive and secure all product approval stages, including stakeholder engagement;
- Conduct necessary negotiations with other PMs and leaders to ensure execution of planned activities;
- Establish clear communication channels between the team, leadership, and stakeholders;
- Prepare status reports and monitoring dashboards to provide visibility into progress;
- Monitor costs and ensure the project remains within the approved budget;
- Promote engagement and collaboration among team members;
- Document lessons learned at the end of each cycle or project;
- Propose improvements to internal processes to increase future efficiency;
- Coordinate the delivery of product software updates to end customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
- Experience in software project management, from planning and development (including scope, schedule and quality control) to project closure;
- Advanced/Fluent English for speaking, writing, and reading;
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Preferred:
- Experience in projects focused on cloud solutions.
