About the role
- Reporting to the Teaching Directorate and working with the various training teams, you will hold a cross-functional and essential role in the smooth operation of the apprenticeship training center (CFA).
- You will provide pedagogical, educational and logistical support according to the needs of the departments, ensuring continuity of service and support for apprentices.
- Provide occasional cover for absent trainers by creating resources and using existing materials.
- Supervise and support apprentices during study periods and supervision times.
- Take part in pedagogical support activities, notably within the FLE (French as a Foreign Language) team.
- Provide personal assistance to apprentices with specific needs during exams or assessments.
- Contribute to the preparation and secure conduct of examinations (reception, assistance).
- Participate in the educational life of the training center (activities, group projects, internal events).
Requirements
- Education or experience in teaching, vocational training, or socio-educational support.
- Good command of French (spoken and written); experience with French as a Foreign Language (FLE) is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to diverse audiences and different intervention contexts.
- Basic computer skills required (knowledge of Moodle would be appreciated).
