About the role
- Conduct accessibility testing of digital products and provide actionable feedback
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure adherence to accessibility standards
- Develop test plans and maintain documentation of testing processes
- Stay updated with the latest accessibility tools and techniques
- Act as a resource for team members regarding accessibility best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Web Development, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field preferred)
- 3+ years of hands‑on accessibility testing experience, including assistive technologies
- 2+ years of experience working on digital product teams
- Proficiency with assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, ZoomText, and tools like Deque, WAVE, and Axe
- Strong knowledge of HTML, ARIA, semantic markup, responsive design, and user‑centered design principles
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non‑technical stakeholders
