About the role

  • Support end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Direct interaction with customers and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Support a large, distributed environment consisting of approximately 2,800+ desktops, 100+ laptops, and 400+ networked printers/multi-function devices
  • Perform imaging, deployment, and maintenance of workstation devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools
  • Install and support software releases ranging from basic to moderately complex
