About the role
- Support end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues
- Direct interaction with customers and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution
- Support a large, distributed environment consisting of approximately 2,800+ desktops, 100+ laptops, and 400+ networked printers/multi-function devices
- Perform imaging, deployment, and maintenance of workstation devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools
- Install and support software releases ranging from basic to moderately complex
