Developing and implementing a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures associated with core functions (including data entry, categorization, researching data, scanning/reviewing, form processing)
Processing rule-based documents and other documents that may require problem-solving and minimal manual updates
Performing repeatable, as well as nonstandard, processing functions while upholding, with the intent to exceed, existing quality standards
Interacting with and relying on the team for questions and problem-solving
Researching errors and determining preventative measures
Researching complex participant benefit issues and providing resolution in accordance with due dates and document processes
Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
2+ years processing information where accuracy and attention to detail are essential
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively with stakeholders
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications with proficiency in Excel
Experience using multiple software systems in a remote setting
The ability to work independently and collaboratively
The ability to be highly organized and capable of performing the administrative tasks needed for the role
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check
All remote team members will be required to initiate an additional background check with the completion of paperwork, fingerprinting and e-QIP
