About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Background checks are adjudicated accurately and with strong attention to detail, ensuring the Instacart platform remains compliant with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2+ years of professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced setting in Background Checks, Data Processing, or Support related fields OR strong academic record
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and fortitude to work through ever-changing and dynamic operational conditions
- Ability to make critical decisions around sensitive issues quickly in a fast paced environment
- Operate within a high degree of confidentiality
- Weekend and holiday availability
