About the role
- Partner closely with the off-site ads leadership team to strategize, design, and implement a comprehensive and impactful off-site ads strategy.
- Develop efficient workflows, tools, and processes that enhance sales productivity.
- Standardize reporting and forecasting models for sales performance across multiple platforms.
- Analyze historical campaign data across platforms to identify trends, predict performance, and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Deliver regular performance summaries to sales leadership, highlighting actionable insights and growth opportunities.
- Manage and optimize CRM tools to ensure accurate reporting, data integrity, and pipeline visibility for off-site.
- Serve as the operational liaison between sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure consistent alignment on revenue strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, Marketing, Analytics, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar function.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to deliver actionable insights.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify challenges, prioritize solutions, and execute improvements efficiently.
- A self-starter with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently and operate in a fast paced environment.
