About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and drive a multi-year strategy and roadmap for Storefront Platform theming and merchandising tools.
Lead customer discovery with major retailers; translate brand and merchandising requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
Own end-to-end execution across 5+ teams: write PRDs, prioritize backlogs, sequence launches.
Partner with Design to evolve a storefront design system and tools.
Serve as the point person for executive and cross-functional communication.

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS or platform products.
3+ years working directly with enterprise customers in retail, e-commerce, or adjacent industries
2+ years shipping web theming, CMS, site builder, or design system tooling
Proven track record leading multi-quarter roadmaps across 5+ cross-functional partners
Proficiency with web fundamentals and constraints (HTML/CSS, responsive design)
Experience presenting product strategy, trade-offs, and results to VP+ audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
