About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full AI engagement arc from discovery through sustained workflow adoption
- Drive requirements and delivery precision to track against plans and surface risks early
- Champion continuous quality through testing and feedback loops during AI engagements
- Hold the R&D feedback loop accountable to ensure field learnings flow back
- Build playbooks to identify reusable patterns and scalable frameworks for the team
- Own engagement economics and track cost structure across active engagements
- This is a field-first role with expected travel to partner locations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in technical project management, enterprise engagement management, or a related field
- Experience managing programs across the full software development lifecycle
- Technical fluency to hold conversations with partner engineering teams
- Experience building and maintaining engagement cost models
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Proficiency across program management tools, collaboration platforms, and presentation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Willingness to travel ~50% within North America
