Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple user acquisition programs, ensuring vendor schedules, field team logistics, and store-level activation plans stay on track across a portfolio of concurrent launches.
Track program performance using operational data, diagnose where results are falling short of targets, and work with program managers to course-correct quickly.
Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including scheduling coordination, onboarding support, invoice tracking, and performance accountability.
Get close to the work by spending time in stores alongside field teams, observing what's actually happening on the ground and bringing back the insights that make our programs better.
Contribute to the design and iteration of new growth programs for early-stage stores.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in operations, program coordination, field operations, or a related role in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently.
Demonstrated experience coordinating across vendors, contractors, or external partners with accountability for scheduling, performance, and deliverables.
Strong data fluency, including the ability to use spreadsheets and operational trackers to monitor performance, identify gaps, and drive action.
A track record of improving operational performance through hands-on problem solving.
