About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a team of high-performing Activation SDRs to achieve quarterly activation targets
- Measure and track key business and industry trends
- Conduct daily activities, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling in a fast-paced transactional environment.
- Improve our sales process, collateral, and prospecting capabilities to make your team more effective and efficient
Requirements
What you’ll need- History of exceeding sales goals/quota
- Experience in a sales management environment and or 3-4 years experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the advertising industry.
- History of developing early career professionals
- Creative problem-solver
