- Set and own the product roadmap
- Lead product discovery, uncover customer pain points
- Drive measurable product adoption and engagement outcomes
- Execute the roadmap with cross-functional teams
- Partner with ML and design to improve agent performance
- Represent the product to senior leadership and retail partners
- Work with business and GTM teams to maximize market impact
- Scale Cart Assistant across Instacart surfaces and products
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping consumer-facing commerce products end-to-end
- 2+ years building LLM-powered products in production
- Proven track record launching at least one 0-to-1 product with measurable impact
- Technical fluency with AI/ML systems and data flows
- Experience defining product OKRs and using experimentation
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with senior leadership and external partners
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent experience
