About the role
- Develop and enforce procurement contract policies, playbooks, and templates
- Lead business term negotiations for strategic, high-value or high-complexity contracts
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure contracts meet business needs
- Establish yourself with stakeholders as the frontline of contracts and information security
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field; JD strongly preferred
- 10+ years in procurement/contract management
- Proven track record closing complex, multi-year deals with global Tier-1 suppliers
- Deep experience embedding information security and data privacy terms into commercial agreements
- Prior in-house collaboration with General Counsel and CISO offices
- Master negotiator comfortable at the executive table
- Proficiency with CLM platforms (Ironclad), Procurement platforms (Zip)
