- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ engineers
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI features

Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 4+ years directly managing software engineers
- Track record leading teams of 8+ engineers
- Hands-on experience building ML/AI-powered product experiences
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, Go, Java)
- Experience designing and scaling services with SLOs
- Practical experience with A/B testing
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
