Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in human services or related field
Minimum of two years’ experience in foster home recruitment
Have current SAFE Certification
Have current NTDC Certification
Excellent assessment skills and sound judgment
Experience working with extendedReach, Ga Score, Ga SHINES databases
Must own, drive, and maintain an automobile in good working condition, receiving a reimbursement for agency business mileage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Organized and detail-oriented
Superior oral and written communication skills
