Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in human services or related field
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in foster home recruitment
  • Have current SAFE Certification
  • Have current NTDC Certification
  • Excellent assessment skills and sound judgment
  • Experience working with extendedReach, Ga Score, Ga SHINES databases
  • Must own, drive, and maintain an automobile in good working condition, receiving a reimbursement for agency business mileage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
