About the role

  • Financial modeling for asset acquisitions;
  • Preparation of committee materials for transaction approvals;
  • Support for the department's management controls;
  • Market and industry studies;
  • Monitoring ongoing due diligence processes;
  • Negotiation of transactions and contracts;
  • Interface with the integrations team during the post-acquisition process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics;
  • Proficiency in valuation methodologies (DCF, multiples, among others);
  • Previous M&A experience (buy-side or sell-side);
  • Project feasibility analysis (NPV, IRR, payback);
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, time management, and ability to work autonomously.
