About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and evolve EDI integrations in an SAP environment
- Configure, monitor and tune IDocs, mappings and interfaces
- Handle incidents, perform root-cause analysis and propose improvements
- Participate in projects for new EDI partners and new transaction flows
- Collaborate with business areas and vendors for technical alignment
- Document solutions, standards and best practices
- Contribute to automation and standardization of integration processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Mid-level SAP EDI Analyst (support and projects)
- Strong knowledge of IDocs, EDI mappings and SAP integrations
- Experience with integrated business processes (e.g., orders, billing, logistics)
- Ability to analyze logs, perform troubleshooting and assess interface performance
- English for technical reading and occasional interaction with global teams
- Availability to be hired under CLT employment terms (Brazilian labor contract)
- Experience with PI/PO, CPI or other integration platforms (advantageous)
- Previous experience with EDI providers (VANs, translators, etc.) (advantageous)
- Knowledge of APIs, WebServices, XML/JSON (advantageous)
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA projects (advantageous)
