Key responsibilities & impact

Provide 2nd/3rd-level support in SAP SD, with a focus on analysis and debugging
Investigate incidents, identify root cause and propose sustainable fixes
Make adjustments to SD configurations aligned with business rules
Interact with functional teams, ABAP developers and business users
Support integrated testing and validation of fixes
Document solutions, process flows and best practices
Propose continuous improvements to processes and SD module performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience as a Mid-level SAP SD Consultant, working in support and debugging
Experience with sales, billing, pricing, taxes and integration with FI/MM
Ability to read and analyze ABAP code for debugging (no need to develop from scratch)
Experience handling incidents, changes and improvements in a production environment
English for technical reading and occasional interaction with documentation/global team
Availability for a hybrid work model (on-site some days of the week)
Preferred: prior experience in roll-out, migration or improvement projects in SAP ECC or S/4HANA
Preferred: knowledge of SD integrations with CRM, e-commerce or fiscal/tax solutions
Preferred: experience in high-volume transactional environments (manufacturing, retail, services)
Preferred: SAP certifications or advanced courses in SD/Logistics
