About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement, roll out, enhance, and support SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules
Lead implementation and rollout activities for Employee Central, Onboarding, Time, Recruiting/Smart Recruiters, and Performance & Goals
Configure Business Rules, Workflows, Foundation Objects, Role-Based Permissions, MDF Objects, Picklists, Templates, and Reporting
Lead solution-discussion workshops with business stakeholders
Perform data migration, testing, defect resolution, deployment, integrations, reporting, and system validation
Prepare functional documentation and user guides and support knowledge-sharing initiatives
Prepare and analyze the HR IT strategy
Provide L2/L3 support, incident handling, and issue resolution within defined SLAs
Advise on SAP HCM Personnel Administration and Organizational Management operations and configuration
Configure changes, conduct testing, enhance processes, and lead rollout and support activities
Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue analysis and resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to align solution design

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or related field
3–4 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
Functional knowledge of HR lifecycle processes and employee data management
Ability to conduct requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis
Ability to translate business needs into functional solution designs
Familiarity with implementation and support methodologies
Understanding of reporting and analytics concepts
SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM configuration knowledge
Knowledge of Business Rules, Workflows, RBP, and MDF
Experience with data upload and validation activities
Experience with testing and defect management
Proficiency with MS Excel, documentation, and reporting tools
Ability to support release updates and perform impact analysis on configurations
Experience with SuccessFactors addons and integrations
SAP certification is preferred
Ability to independently execute structured and operational tasks
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ownership and accountability for assigned activities
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
