About the role

  • Analysis and improvements of AWS infrastructure using best practices and tools such as the AWS Well-Architected Framework (AWS Well-Architected Tool)
  • Automation of DevOps and operational processes in AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with CloudFormation or similar tools such as Terraform
  • Creation of dashboards and mechanisms for monitoring, incident detection, and incident communication

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience with computer networking and Linux
  • Experience with core AWS services such as IAM, EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, ECS, security services, etc.
  • CI/CD experience
  • Knowledge of reliability and scalability features in AWS, such as AWS Auto Scaling, API Gateway, load balancers, and multi-region architectures
  • IaC experience with CloudFormation or similar tools applicable to AWS
  • Experience and knowledge of monitoring tools such as Zabbix and the Elastic Stack and their integration with AWS resources
  • Knowledge of deploying applications in containers (Docker) and configuration management with OpsWorks or equivalent tools
  • Desirable: knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering techniques
  • Desirable: knowledge of SAST/DAST techniques and DevSecOps practices
