About the role
- Monitor and support critical environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of IT services.
- Monitor alerts, perform initial diagnostics, and escalate to support teams according to established procedures.
- Document incidents and keep records up to date.
- Prepare availability and performance reports.
- Contribute to improvements in monitoring processes.
Requirements
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus).
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Familiarity with operating systems (Linux and Windows).
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- ITIL, NOC/MOC, or networking certifications (e.g., CCNA) - preferred.
- Experience with high-availability environments - preferred.
- Scripting knowledge for automation (Shell, Python) - preferred.
