Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the editorial workflow and calendar, assign tasks, and ensure clarity of priorities
Ensure content deliverables reflect the brand strategy and are aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with the social team, influencers, and community managers (CM) to integrate deliverables
Support the manager in defining strategies and monitoring digital performance
Produce and present performance reports and key learnings
Contribute to team development by providing feedback, guidance, and technical support
Monitor trends and best practices, promoting innovation within the team
Oversee weekly and monthly reports together with the Data Analyst
Integrate learnings from community management (CM) and data analysis into the team's overall deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or Marketing
Solid experience in digital content management, social media, and brand strategy
Knowledge of copywriting, storytelling, and performance analysis
Proficiency with social media tools (Meta Suite, Brandwatch, Iconosquare, etc.)
Ability to plan, coordinate, and review multiple projects simultaneously
