About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the day-to-day operations of accounts, ensuring organization and smooth handling of requests
Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for clients
Lead meetings, alignments, and presentations
Serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity of requests
Organize priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with the teams
Monitor the progress of deliverables, ensuring quality and consistency
Anticipate risks, misalignments, and potential issues
Support the development and execution of communication strategies
Ensure that the agreed scope is being fulfilled

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in account management at a PR or communications agency
Proven experience managing accounts and client relationships
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple requests
Experience leading meetings and alignments
Strong understanding of project management and agency workflows
Intermediate to advanced English
Familiarity with task management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday or similar)
