About the role
- Lead client relationships at a strategic level, ensuring delivery quality and alignment of expectations
- Manage, develop and inspire the team, promoting autonomy, growth and continuous feedback
- Organize and prioritize requests, deadlines and resources strategically
- Anticipate risks, areas of concern and opportunities, maintaining constant alignment with executive leadership
- Act in crisis management and resolve internal and external conflicts
- Oversee projects, events, activations and strategic deliverables
- Control SLAs, budgets and financial processes for the accounts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and account expansion within existing clients
- Participate in negotiations, partnerships and competitive pitches/processes
Requirements
- University degree in Communications, Marketing or related fields
- Solid senior experience in account management at a PR or advertising agency
- Proven experience in leadership and people management in multidisciplinary contexts
- Fluent English (required)
- Strategic mindset, organized, clear communicator, empathetic, with a focus on results and solutions
- Ability to assess situations and make decisions
- Strong commercial acumen and focus on profitability
- Collaborative leadership and people development
