Key responsibilities & impact

Lead client relationships at a strategic level, ensuring delivery quality and alignment of expectations
Manage, develop and inspire the team, promoting autonomy, growth and continuous feedback
Organize and prioritize requests, deadlines and resources strategically
Anticipate risks, areas of concern and opportunities, maintaining constant alignment with executive leadership
Act in crisis management and resolve internal and external conflicts
Oversee projects, events, activations and strategic deliverables
Control SLAs, budgets and financial processes for the accounts
Identify and develop new business opportunities and account expansion within existing clients
Participate in negotiations, partnerships and competitive pitches/processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Communications, Marketing or related fields
Solid senior experience in account management at a PR or advertising agency
Proven experience in leadership and people management in multidisciplinary contexts
Fluent English (required)
Strategic mindset, organized, clear communicator, empathetic, with a focus on results and solutions
Ability to assess situations and make decisions
Strong commercial acumen and focus on profitability
Collaborative leadership and people development
Proactivity, autonomy and an ownership mindset
