About the role
- Closely monitor the day-to-day management of accounts and support the team in handling requests
- Help organize priorities and ensure a healthy delivery workflow
- Participate in client meetings and assist in leading more strategic discussions
- Serve as a point of support for the team on decisions, guidance, and everyday challenges
- Ensure alignment between account management, planning, and other agency departments
- Track deadlines, the quality of deliverables, and account organization
- Raise operational issues or topics requiring direction with senior management
- Share experience, best practices and learnings with the account team
- Support the team in managing more complex or sensitive accounts
Requirements
- Solid experience in account management at a PR or communications agency
- Experience managing accounts and maintaining client relationships
- Experience leading meetings, presentations, and strategic alignments
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple demands simultaneously
- Strong understanding of project management and agency workflow
- Fluent English (spoken and written) for interaction with international clients and projects
- Familiarity with demand management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday or similar)
