About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work at the intersection of AI, communication, and growth!
- Research and identify potential customers and companies (primary target: car rental companies)
- LinkedIn outreach and building new contacts
- Working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Develop creative ideas for lead generation
- Support with cold calling and initial sales conversations
- Writing professional outreach emails
- Establishing exciting partnerships
- Assist with onboarding new customers
- Guide new users through their first steps
- Help shape a modern customer journey
- Communicate with existing customers
- Assist with customer inquiries and feedback
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Work with the team to optimize internal processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are currently enrolled in a degree program
- German is your native language
- You enjoy communicating with people
- Interest in AI, digital topics, or startups
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Structured and independent working style
- Prior experience in sales or using LinkedIn is a plus but not required
