Key responsibilities & impact

Holistic advising and support for individuals after an accident or serious illness
Development and implementation of individualized rehabilitation plans
Support through all phases of medical, vocational and social rehabilitation
Advice on care needs and social law issues
Preparation of well-founded opinions and comprehensive reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed training or degree, e.g., in social work, physiotherapy/occupational therapy or a comparable field
Experience in medical rehabilitation (e.g., orthopedics, trauma surgery, neurology)
Solid knowledge of social insurance law and regional care/service structures
Confident manner, empathy and enjoyment of communication
Excellent MS Office skills and confident use of digital applications
Class B driving license and willingness to travel
