About the role
- Participate in the planning and coordination of commissioning activities
- Verify that mechanical systems and equipment are installed according to design specifications
- Perform functional tests on mechanical systems and equipment
- Conduct performance tests to verify that mechanical systems meet performance requirements
- Document all aspects of the commissioning process
- Provide training to operations and maintenance personnel
- Ensure that all commissioning activities are conducted in compliance with applicable safety regulations
- Compile commissioning reports summarizing the results of the commissioning process
- Travel required to different sites 75% of travel required
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science of Mechanical Engineering
- HVAC, CRAC, AHU, ACCU, others
- OSHA 10 Complete all Safety Certifications
- Script development for L2-L5 Daily Reports
- Knowledge of CAD, Bluebeam, and others
- Ability to work directly on site, and ability to travel required 75%
