About the role

  • Participate in the planning and coordination of commissioning activities
  • Verify that mechanical systems and equipment are installed according to design specifications
  • Perform functional tests on mechanical systems and equipment
  • Conduct performance tests to verify that mechanical systems meet performance requirements
  • Document all aspects of the commissioning process
  • Provide training to operations and maintenance personnel
  • Ensure that all commissioning activities are conducted in compliance with applicable safety regulations
  • Compile commissioning reports summarizing the results of the commissioning process
  • Travel required to different sites 75% of travel required

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science of Mechanical Engineering
  • HVAC, CRAC, AHU, ACCU, others
  • OSHA 10 Complete all Safety Certifications
  • Script development for L2-L5 Daily Reports
  • Knowledge of CAD, Bluebeam, and others
  • Ability to work directly on site, and ability to travel required 75%
