About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive complex, multi‑domain technology programs across teams and platforms
- Connect multiple initiatives into a single coherent program with clear goals, metrics, and delivery sequencing
- Shape program management practices and delivery standards at an organizational level
- Support strategic decision‑making through structured analysis of risks, trade‑offs, and business cases
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost optimization, and revenue impact
- Enable faster and more predictable delivery at scale
- Orchestrate cross‑functional work across engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- Facilitate architectural decisions and proactively manage integration risks
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners
- Build mechanisms for delivery predictability, monitoring, and reporting
- Introduce automation and leverage AI to enhance program management processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in technology program management (6–8 years)
- Track record of delivering complex, high‑impact programs
- Ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
- A combination of strategic thinking and strong execution
- Strong understanding of Agile / Lean / Kanban methodologies
- Analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making
- Experience working with cross‑functional and technical teams
- English B2+
