About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and lead a newly formed engineering team
  • Own the full lifecycle of platform from scoping and roadmap definition through architecture and delivery
  • Establish strong working relationships with business stakeholders across all European markets
  • Provide technical leadership and set engineering standards for the Dynamics environment
  • Communicate progress, risks, and roadmap updates to a broad set of business stakeholders
  • Continuously improve delivery processes, team rituals, and ways of working as the team scales

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of experience in software development
  • 2+ years of experience in engineering people leadership
  • 2+ years of experience in project or delivery management
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Field Service, or related modules)
  • Familiarity with development technologies such as C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript
  • Proven ability to build teams from scratch and lead through ambiguity
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally in multi-market environments
  • Very good command of English (B2+) in speech and writing
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and large language models.
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs responsibly.
