About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and lead a newly formed engineering team
Own the full lifecycle of platform from scoping and roadmap definition through architecture and delivery
Establish strong working relationships with business stakeholders across all European markets
Provide technical leadership and set engineering standards for the Dynamics environment
Communicate progress, risks, and roadmap updates to a broad set of business stakeholders
Continuously improve delivery processes, team rituals, and ways of working as the team scales

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in software development
2+ years of experience in engineering people leadership
2+ years of experience in project or delivery management
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Field Service, or related modules)
Familiarity with development technologies such as C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript
Proven ability to build teams from scratch and lead through ambiguity
Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally in multi-market environments
Very good command of English (B2+) in speech and writing
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and large language models.
Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs responsibly.
