About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain and develop Comarch BSS (Product Catalog, Billing, Billing Mediation): configuration, updates, performance monitoring, and incident resolution.
Monitor system processes, analyze logs, identify and resolve data and runtime issues.
Ensure stability and continuity of system integrations and interfaces across the billing ecosystem.
Manage backups, data recovery processes, and system availability and resilience.
Take technical ownership of the billing system after deployments and during ongoing operations.
Cooperate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with audit and security requirements.
Track the BSS roadmap, run Proofs of Concept, and maintain high-quality technical documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience working with Comarch BSS (Product Catalog, Billing, Billing Mediation)
2+ years of experience with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
Experience in enterprise system integrations and familiarity with integration tools
Knowledge of billing processes (invoicing, rating, usage-based billing)
Good knowledge of Linux, REST API testing, Apache Kafka, and databases such as Oracle / PostgreSQL / Elasticsearch
Active use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) for log analysis, SQL optimization, documentation, and initial problem diagnosis
English at B2 level or higher.
