About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect and design complex ABAP solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability
Develop and maintain high-quality ABAP code in line with best practices and coding standards
Design and implement advanced integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems
Proactively identify, analyze and resolve technical challenges in existing systems
Drive improvements in development processes and coding standards
Estimate effort and timelines and take ownership of delivering complex features
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
Prepare and maintain technical documentation
Refactor existing code and fix defects
Write and execute unit and integration tests
Analyze system performance and optimize existing solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer
Strong foundation in software engineering (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Hands-on experience with modern ABAP programming techniques
Deep expertise in at least two SAP modules (e.g., FI, RE-FX, SD, MM, CO)
Proven experience in designing and implementing integrations
Experience working with SAP HANA
Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills
Ownership mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
Fluency in English & Polish
