About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Architect and design complex ABAP solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Develop and maintain high-quality ABAP code in line with best practices and coding standards
- Design and implement advanced integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems
- Proactively identify, analyze and resolve technical challenges in existing systems
- Drive improvements in development processes and coding standards
- Estimate effort and timelines and take ownership of delivering complex features
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation
- Refactor existing code and fix defects
- Write and execute unit and integration tests
- Analyze system performance and optimize existing solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer
- Strong foundation in software engineering (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Hands-on experience with modern ABAP programming techniques
- Deep expertise in at least two SAP modules (e.g., FI, RE-FX, SD, MM, CO)
- Proven experience in designing and implementing integrations
- Experience working with SAP HANA
- Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills
- Ownership mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Fluency in English & Polish
