About the role
- Building and managing policies for SAP system
- Managing the role and permission assignment process (including cyclical reviews)
- Providing a framework for system utilization in accordance with the company's audit, compliance, and security requirements
- Managing a GRC-class system within SAP
- Being in control of the change management process
- Working with external suppliers/integrators and consulting firms as well as quality control of services and the delivery process by external partners
- Participating in internal and external audits
- Collaborating with Project Managers and Product Owners of other core systems integrated with SAP components
- Ensuring all companies within the Group operate under the same SAP Governance framework
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of SAP technology, including familiarity with SAP licensing (FUE)
- Excellent understanding of compliance and IT procedures for international companies
- Understanding of audit and control requirements for ERP-class systems
- Good understanding of ITIL methodology
- Excellent communication skills, ability to translate business expectations into IT language
- Being accustomed to navigating in an international environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, influence others, and strive towards a common vision, as well as effectively work at all organizational levels
- Fluent knowledge of English and Polish; knowledge of any other European languages is an advantage.
