About the role
- Creating a strategy for designing the architecture and implementation process of a global data model
- Defining and overseeing the data naming strategy and ensuring consistent application across the InPost Group
- Collaboration at various levels to identify and prioritize data initiatives
- Staying at the forefront of data architecture trends and technologies
- Training and mentoring of data engineering and data consulting teams on data modeling approaches
- Creating comprehensive, multi-layered technical documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the field of data engineering / analytics engineering
- 2 years of experience as a Data Architect
- Expertise in SQL
- Advanced knowledge of Python, Spark, Databricks, Azure , DBT
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing data warehouses
- Familiarity with the Parquet file format and experience working with Delta Lake
- High level of communication and cross-team collaboration skills
- Fluent Polish and English
