About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take ownership of end-to-end development across our platform, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality, user-centric experiences
Contribute to system design and architecture, shaping APIs, data models, and service boundaries
Implement and maintain backend services, PostgreSQL databases, and infrastructure
Work across the web layer by building and integrating frontend features, while helping improve performance and test coverage across our applications

Requirements

What you’ll need

A valid EU work permit and professional proficiency in verbal and written English
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field
Proactive, self-driven, capable of working independently and as part of a small team
Comfortable taking the ownership of projects, from conceptualisation to execution
Strong communicator and collaborator - able to explain complex concepts clearly, present decisions effectively, and write code that’s readable and maintainable
Significant professional experience in modern full-stack development (7+ years) — Must-have
Robust Node.js skills, with solid experience in relational databases, cloud engineering, and authentication systems
Experience with modern development practices as well as unit/integration/E2E/load testing
Strong in TypeScript with understanding of browser rendering pipelines
Familiarity with our current tech stack; React, Next.js/Tanstack Start, PostgreSQL, Prisma, tRPC, GoogleCloud Platform, Auth0 by Okta, Playwright, Tailwind CS
Experience working in healthcare, or regulated environments — Desirable, but not required
