About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement data successfully to Innovu’s platform
  • Review benefit plan design documents for completeness and build client accounts in the internal Innovu platform
  • Run data quality checks using Excel and internal Innovu software
  • Research and resolve data discrepancies
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure data accuracy, ETAs, and required documentation
  • Work with Project Managers on timelines, escalations, and project completion
  • Monitor data timeliness and integrity
  • Support projects addressing process gaps and improving data quality
  • Communicate onboarding status to Leads and Project Managers
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Some exposure to healthcare, health insurance, and/or employee benefits required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to produce high quality deliverables
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Experience interpreting data analytically
  • Ability to manage simultaneous projects and coordinate cross-project activities
  • Ability to plan work, identify issues proactively, propose solutions, balance competing priorities, and meet schedules
  • Curiosity and ability to learn quickly, especially new technology and processes
  • Willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to developing new processes
  • Team-based/collaborative orientation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or a related field is a bonus
  • 1–2 years of data analysis experience is a bonus
  • Experience with medical and/or Rx claims, enrollment, and other benefit or risk data is a bonus
