About the role
- Drive patient recruitment for clinical trials through tailored site optimization services.
- Provide personalized coaching and strategic guidance, adapting to each site's needs.
- Conduct community outreach and increase trial awareness among healthcare providers.
- Offer telephone-based coaching to motivate sites and explore new recruitment strategies.
- Assist in identifying patient pathways and distributing materials around facilities.
- Build relationships, keep sites motivated, and ensure ongoing engagement with recruitment efforts.
- Identify protocol challenges and promote effective use of recruitment tools.
- Ensure all reports are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant Clinical Research experience
- Spanish speaking, knowledge of Puerto Rico and the USA health care system
- Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft Word/Google Docs
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection
- Familiarity with Skype (or similar communication platforms).
