About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist and lead the testing team for critical submarine platforms, specifically focusing on the AN/BYG-1 Combat Control System and Electronic Warfare (EW) AN/BLQ-10.
  • Partner with and assist the installation team to execute system installs at Submarine Learning Centers (SLC) across US.
  • Work directly with the fleet to capture product requirements, determine operational needs, and coordinate system installation parameters.
  • Conduct thorough system analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex platform issues. Remote and onsite SLC support for training events.
  • Prepare and review Installation Design Plans, Diagram, Test procedures, user manual to support Modernization Training Program.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 years of professional experience
  • Must have hands on experience aboard US Navy Submarine
  • Deep operational familiarity with undersea warfare environments
  • Proven track record testing, procedure development, hands-on system installations
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time as needed
