About the role
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Territory Sales Managers
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across distribution channels
- Conduct market research and gather intelligence on competitors
- Partner closely with other division leads to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of proven sales leadership experience
- Strong familiarity with asbestos, lead, mold, fire, and IAQ-related products, applications, and regulations
- Proven ability to manage regional or national sales teams and independent reps
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM expertise (Salesforce preferred)
