About the role

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Territory Sales Managers
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across distribution channels
  • Conduct market research and gather intelligence on competitors
  • Partner closely with other division leads to ensure customer needs are met

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of proven sales leadership experience
  • Strong familiarity with asbestos, lead, mold, fire, and IAQ-related products, applications, and regulations
  • Proven ability to manage regional or national sales teams and independent reps
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM expertise (Salesforce preferred)
